邓雅各（James Dunn, 1939-2020）
杜伦大学（Durham University）赖特富教席神学讲座荣休教授（Emeritus Lightfoot Professor of Divinity）。 1982至2003年任教于杜伦大学，1970至1982年任教于诺丁汉大学（University of Nottingham）。毕业于格拉斯哥大学（University of Glasgow; MA and BD），并于剑桥大学（University of Cambridge）取得哲学博士及道学博士，又获选为英国国家学术院院士（Fellow of the British Academy）。
专著超过二十本，包括：Baptism in the Holy Spirit、Jesus and the Spirit、Unity and Diversity in the New Testament、Christology in the Making、《分道扬镳》（The Partings of the Ways）、The Theology of Paul the Apostle、The New Perspective on Paul、《耶稣新观》（A New Perspective on Jesus）、《新约神学导论》（New Testament Theology: An Introduction）、Did the First Christians Worship Jesus?、Jesus, Paul an诶 the Gospels、The Oral Gospel Tradition，并撰写了罗马书、加拉太书、歌罗西书和肺利门书，及使徒行传的注释书。近著为三巨册的Christianity in the Making，研究基督教首一百五十年的历史。他指导过的博士生遍佈全球。他跟太太Meta育有三名儿女。他作卫理公会义务教士达四十年之久。他跟太太退休后，定居奇切斯特（Chichester），靠近两个女儿，并在该教区教堂参与崇拜。
